Human Research MRI

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allows noninvasive quantification of brain structure and function in vivo. The Brain Science Center is collaborating with the Center for Advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy to provide access to state-of-the-art whole-body research MRI scanners operating at 1.5, 3, and 7 Tesla. These scanners are equipped with instrumentation for stimulus delivery and biobehavioral monitoring. Training in the research use of MRI and assistance with regulatory aspects of human MRI research is also available.
